Yohana Ratrin Hestyanti has been a lecturer at the Faculty of Psychology since 1999. Her areas of expertise are trauma and resilience, youth participation, child protection and development, mental health and psychosocial support, and psychosocial intervention. She has extensive experience in psychosocial responses to disaster, as both psychologist and in managing psychosocial interventions. For example, in post-Tsunami Aceh, Klaten (Central Java) Earthquake, and Lombok (West Nusa Tenggara) Earthquake. During the Covid-19 pandemic she is a counsellor and trainer of PFA (Psychological First Aid). Currently she is the Head of the Center of Family Resilience and Development at the Faculty of Psychology
